Rogue River

Floated the upper Rogue river last night with good friend Mike. A few bugs were out, but mostly just caddis and midges (aka river dust). Took the kayak and did the night thing...nice way to go! Did see some yellow sally's last night. Fish are starting to look at mice!!!

Storm on Silver Lake

As some of you may know, my parents live on Silver lake in Rockford. During the storm on Wednesday the 2nd of July they had a freak gust of wind flip the ski boat out of the hoist and shear the top of the hoist off. All of the lines from the pontoon were busted off. No one else on the lake had any issues.
